| HISTORY IN PROGRESS© is a compelling and exciting website about African-American Heritage that went into development in August of 2008 and is yet ‘under construction’. Perhaps you are wondering why this name was selected – We do embrace our history! We began searching for our own stories after the movie “ROOTS” appeared on the scene. There is so much richness that we have yet to discover about our families and their stories, if we but try; if we look around in our attics, in Mom’s basement, in family Bibles, in stacks of boxes; search for pictures, papers, files, etc. We would actually be pleased to post these items and their stories on our website if you’d like. | Well let me introduce you to a side project we do once a year, MOTORFEST, for the past few years now a few companies and eyedel pull together this event, each year we chose an organization to help out. All proceeds from our event go towards the organization, it's always hard to chose but this year we have chosen NORTHWEST CHRISTIAN SCHOOL, this school has truly stepped out in faith and has built a bran-new facility. In these times we are in they truly stand out in our minds as caring individuals, wanting only the best for our young people, come see the new school and young people and of course all the cool cars This even turned out to be very successful not only did the sun come out but plenty of unique cars,bikes and trucks showed up. We were pleased to have so many supporters on Sunday and that the 8th graders were able to raise funds for their class.
